Hi all-
Today was my first race in Qingdao and unfortunately started out very frustrating . Overall, I had big problems with my pumping technique upwind. Competing against the best in the world it has been a lot of pressure, but I am working one day at a time. I was really upset coming off the water , but I think that I just need to let it go and move on, tomorrow is another day and I will work towards improving.
I wish I had more to say, but right now I need to work on getting over a rough day!
